Our Luxembourg office is expanding, driven by high demand for cybersecurity services. We are looking for young graduate analysts with a strong interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies to join us, offering a clear path for professional growth and advancement in these dynamic fields. Job Description As an analyst you will: Be involved in projects covering a broad range of cybersecurity and digital risk topics, including digital transformation and IT strategy; Work on consulting assignments to design and deliver cybersecurity strategies and advisory services, including IT and operational resilience, AI security, cyber maturity assessments, security and compliance audits, security policies, risk analysis and governance, as well as cloud, architecture, and cryptography security; Develop your project management and consulting skills by contributing to analyses, producing structured deliverables, preparing client presentations, and actively participating in the success of cybersecurity engagements; Gain ability to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and extract key insights from complex or unstructured information, highlighting key messages, and presenting clear, consistent conclusions; Gradually develop confidence and impact in client communication, support and progressively contribute to building and strengthening client relationships through daytoday interactions, meetings, and workshops; Assist business development activities, including proposal drafting, desk research, and preparation of client pitches; and Contribute to internal projects and initiatives, supporting the ongoing development of the Luxembourg office. Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent in computer engineering, cybersecurity, IT or Artificial Intelligence; Good interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both with clients and peers; Client-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand new topics quickly, structure information, and progressively build autonomy in assignments; Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in discovering the Practice’s expertise, offerings, and ongoing projects. Willingness to seek and act on feedback to continuously improve performance; Professional attitude, reliability, and strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, diverse, and international environment; Internship experience in cybersecurity or project management will be considered as an asset; Fluency in both French and English is required; and Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
