SUMMARY:

The Cybersecurity and Compliance Analyst ensures data privacy and regulatory adherence across the data governance framework, safeguarding sensitive data.

• This role is based in Falls Church, VA with possible telework.

Responsibilities:

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
• Familiarity with incident response procedures and reporting
• Proficiency in using SIEM tools
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• CISSP or CISM certification
• Mid to Senior level (4-7 years, 2+ in DoD/healthcare).
• 4+ years in cybersecurity/compliance
• Secret clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and MIP
• Experience with healthcare data regulations
