Description Cybersecurity Cloud Analyst What you'll do... Ensure the architecture and design of cloud-hosted IT systems are secure and meet DOD requirements Review Cloud security policy and provides recommendations for improvement to enhance the security posture within the cloud as well as the ability to meet protection, detection, monitoring and response requirements for systems and data Work closely with Cyber Intelligence analysts and Incident Response analysts to ensure expert analysis and reporting of cloud-based cybersecurity threats and attacks Provide support to content developers and cybersecurity engineers in identifying gaps in protection and detection of cloud-based systems Collect and maintain awareness of current cybersecurity threats to cloud environments and provide actionable reporting and briefings Requirements What you'll bring to the team Minimum Requirements Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance Work Experience Minimum of 3 years related work experience with at least one year of supervisory experience Experience with various cloud deployments (PAAS, IAAS, SAAS) Qualifications Three (3) years of cybersecurity experience Three (3) years of experience in IT administration or cybersecurity within a cloud environment Understanding of the NIST cybersecurity framework Working knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework Understanding of basic network concepts Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Pay Range $75,000 – $95,000 annually Benefits Eligible employees may enroll in the available medical, dental, and vision coverage plans.
