Cybersecurity Delivery Lead As a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead, you manage a global cybersecurity team focusing on continual development and delivery of cybersecurity solutions. You achieve this by balancing technology, people and process. Your portfolio includes Identity Governance & Administration, Endpoint Protection, eXtended Detection & Response, Vulnerability Management and Certificate Management. The solutions are managed throughout the entire technical lifecycle of the service, from initiation and implementation through sunsetting. This is accomplished by collaborating effectively with key business and IT stakeholders, such as fellow delivery leads/managers, and departments like Security Operations Center, Global Information Security, Enterprise Architecture and other department/teams when necessary. You have a technical background and moved into a lead/ management role, but still get the thrills from technology. You work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team, mentoring and coaching them in their personal development. You support the Delivery Manager Enterprise Platforms in defining strategy and will translate the strategy into service roadmaps to be implemented by your team. You will be accountable to your customers and stakeholders for service outcomes and drive business-engaged security strategy development and aligned service investment planning. You will contribute to topics of the Security MT. Oversee substantial budgets, with active management of service cost (development) and continual demonstrating value for money. Implement service/ technology roadmaps in a measurable way to enhance security capabilities and culture to ensure on-going readiness, viability and relevance of the IT infrastructure organization and its members. Empower, coach and direct your team to deliver innovation and service execution excellence, including permanent regulatory compliance. Influence and align with other IT functions and corporate service leaders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, including governance, enterprise architecture, security, vendor management, procurement, finance and others. Proactively identify and manage strategic suppliers, identifying and leveraging opportunities for innovative services & partnerships and value. Support your team members in their personal development, in line with the security topics at hand.
