Position Overview: DeepSource Technologies is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer - Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring DLP solutions to prevent unauthorized data access, leakage, and loss. This role requires expertise in data protection technologies, incident response, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement DLP strategies to safeguard sensitive organizational data across all platforms. Evaluate and configure DLP tools and technologies to monitor and protect data-in-motion, data-at-rest, and data-in-use. Develop policies, rules, and procedures for data handling that align with internal security standards and compliance requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure DLP measures are effective and compliant with industry regulations. Respond to DLP incidents by conducting investigations and coordinating remediation efforts. Provide guidance and training to employees on data protection policies and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention. Proven experience with DLP technologies (e.g., Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, Digital Guardian, etc.). Strong understanding of data security, encryption, and privacy regulations relevant to the KSA region. Experience in conducting forensic investigations related to data breaches. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) are preferred. Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
