Role Description As a Cybersecurity Engineer at Innovative Solutions, you will play an integral role in safeguarding our clients’ information and technology assets. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring security measures, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents to ensure optimal protection against cyber threats. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect information systems. Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify weaknesses. Develop and enforce security policies and protocols within the organization. Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions. Provide training and support to employees on cybersecurity best practices. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field. Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, and QRadar SIEM Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment tools, and security frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, eCPPT, eCTHP, GMON, and GCIH are preferred. Comprehensive training and development programs.
