WORK LOCATION
This position follows Oshkosh Corporation’s hybrid work model, with three days in-office and two days remote each week. The preferred location for this role is at our Global Headquarters in Oshkosh, WI, with relocation assistance available for candidates who are not local.

The Cybersecurity Engineer Lead - Recovery plays a key role in safeguarding this resilience by developing, testing, and enhancing disaster recovery (DR) capabilities that support uninterrupted operations. This role serves as the technical lead for DR planning and readiness, ensuring that DT services—whether on-premise, cloud, or hybrid—can recover from disruptions with minimal impact. The successful candidate will work across IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to implement recovery-focused solutions and lead initiatives that protect the availability of our most critical systems and data.
