REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, InfoSec, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity (offensive & defensive).
• Strong command of tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, SIEM, EDR, BloodHound
• Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, OWASP
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation
• Preferred certifications: OSCP, CRTP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP, or similar

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to lead both offensive and defensive security operations. You’ll simulate real-world attacks, monitor live threats, harden infrastructure, and ensure our systems are resilient against today’s most advanced cyber threats.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both red teaming and blue teaming, and wants to make a measurable impact on security posture in a fast-paced fintech environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct red team operations, internal/external pen tests, and social engineering simulations.
• Identify vulnerabilities, develop custom exploits, and assess attack surfaces.
• Monitor, detect and respond to threats using SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and threat intel platforms.
• Reverse engineer malware and respond to APTs or ransomware.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Secure cloud (AWS, Azure), data, identity (IAM), and internal networks.
• Lead incident response, forensics, and digital investigations.
• Work with DevSecOps to improve application security.
