Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance (GRC) Manager to join our Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team in Doha, Qatar. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our cybersecurity governance framework, ensuring the protection of our road infrastructure and related systems. Develop and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in our road operations and maintenance systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into our operational technology (OT) environments Manage the organization's compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards in the transportation sector Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity awareness programs for staff involved in roads O&M Establish and maintain a robust incident response plan for potential cybersecurity threats to road infrastructure Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the organization's cybersecurity posture and risk landscape Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and trends in critical infrastructure protection Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity in operational technology (OT) environments Proficiency in risk assessment and management methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the transportation sector CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications strongly preferred Experience in the transportation or infrastructure sector is a plus Familiarity with ICS/SCADA systems security Expertise in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and roads operations and maintenance Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and their application in a complex operational environment Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to the local context in Doha, Qatar Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
