The Role The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist focuses on designing and reviewing business-driven IT solutions and processes to meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. The goal is to maintain the highest compliance posture and ensure robust protection across networks, systems, and applications. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Audit Readiness Maintain audit readiness at all times through regular reviews and tests. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal security standards. Risk & Vulnerability Management Identify new risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and anomalous flows. Utilize vulnerability management processes to evaluate and prioritize risks. Define and implement remediation or mitigation strategies. Security Architecture & Processes Design security subsystems and architectures for: Networks Infrastructure Middleware Applications Service management systems Ensure these meet business needs and compliance requirements. Monitoring & Assurance Review changing requirements and update security processes accordingly. Conduct penetration testing and security audits for assurance. Incident Response & Defense Support cybersecurity defense activities, including: Threat hunting Endpoint detection and response Network detection and response Forensics and incident management Who You Are Core Technical Skills Cybersecurity Defense Protecting organizational infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware) from malicious attacks. Expertise in: Incident Response Security Operations Vulnerability Management Cyber Threat Hunting Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) Network Detection & Response (NDR) Forensics and Digital Evidence Handling Security Intelligence Analysis Cybersecurity Assurance Designing and reviewing IT solutions and processes to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Skills in: Risk Management Audit Readiness Penetration Testing Vulnerability Assessments Compliance Frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF) Cloud & Hybrid Security Understanding cloud computing security architecture and multi-cloud environments. Expertise in: Cloud-based systems and services Hybrid security models Encryption and identity management in cloud platforms Infrastructure & Network Management Configuring and maintaining secure networks and infrastructure.
