Required Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity
  • A college or university degree in a relevant field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • Strong knowledge of Splunk
  • Excellent understanding of tools and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800, CIS CSC, MISP)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in teaching, facilitating workshops, or coaching colleagues is highly desirabl
Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Instructor in Cybersecurity (e.g., Operational Security, Splunk, and Python), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing course plans and teaching materials to meet the defined training objectives
  • Delivering engaging instruction aligned with module objectives
  • Assessing students’ progress and performance
  • Participating in certain program-related administrative tasks
  • Ensuring students comply with policies and guidelines
  • Taking part in selected College activities
