Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Cybersecurity Lead to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.
Position Summary: EES is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead at the Senior SME level to oversee cybersecurity strategy, operations, and risk management for FAA modernization efforts. This role ensures system security through policy implementation, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Senior SME:
  • Education: BS/BA
  • Experience: 16+ years
  • Proven leadership in cybersecurity strategy and operations
  • Expertise in vulnerability assessments and incident response
  • Familiarity with FAA cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust principles
  • Ability to implement and enforce security policies and controls
  • Experience managing compliance and audit readiness
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
