You are a senior subject matter expert and point of contact (PoC) for enterprise clients in the delivery and governance of managed cybersecurity services. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, cybersecurity operations, and corporate governance, supporting the Enterprise Business Group with deep technical insight and strategic alignment. You will work closely with both internal cybersecurity teams and external enterprise stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant, and risk-aware cybersecurity service delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Client-Facing Cybersecurity Delivery
Act as the primary interface for enterprise clients regarding cybersecurity services, ensuring alignment with their business and compliance needs.
Coordinate and support the delivery of managed cybersecurity services including SOC monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Translate client security requirements into actionable service deliverables and ensure follow-through with operational teams.
2. Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance
Contribute to the design and implementation of security governance frameworks for enterprise clients, aligned with standards like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.
Ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external security policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
Support audit readiness and provide documentation and evidence as required for client or regulatory assessments.
3. Point of Contact to Corporate Cybersecurity
Serve as a liaison between the enterprise client team and Information Security Office.
Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues, risk assessments, and service changes with relevant internal stakeholders.
Support PoCs and pilot deployments of new cybersecurity solutions or capabilities within client environments.
4. Reporting & Risk Communication
Develop and deliver regular cybersecurity performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for enterprise clients.
Identify and communicate key security risks, trends, and metrics to both client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Contribute to internal reporting for the Chief of Regional Enterprise Business Group.
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field with at least 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with experience in managed services or enterprise environments.
Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and services (SIEM, EDR, firewall, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, etc.).
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong client communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep technical knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains
