We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead key security functions within our global Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) organization. This role is critical in safeguarding Agilent’s people, data, and digital assets while enabling secure business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience formally or informally leading people, projects, and/or programs for entry to this level.
  • Proven experience managing IT and/or security operations in a global environment.
  • Solid background in cybersecurity with a focus on automation and operational perfection.
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience designing and maintaining IT security policies and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confirmed ability to lead and collaborate across cultures and geographies.
Responsibilities
  • Incident Response: Lead the execution and continuous improvement of our incident response program, including oversight of SIEM and monitoring tools.
  • Digital Forensics: Lead forensic investigations to support incident resolution, legal matters, and internal inquiries.
  • Application Security: Lead all aspects of security assessments for new applications and in-house development projects.
  • Vulnerability Management: Ensure systems are patched, configured securely, and compliant with internal standards.
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Collaborate with IT, Legal, and HR to implement and mature DLP strategies.
  • Infrastructure Security: Evaluate and handle risks associated with IT infrastructure changes.
  • Security Awareness: Drive company-wide training initiatives to promote cybersecurity standard processes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to security architecture planning, budget management, and multi-functional teamwork.
