Cybersecurity PAM Delinea Consultant, Remote (100%) – International Organization Job role: Cybersecurity PAM Delinea Technical Consultant/Engineer. Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years. Studies required: Graduate. Language: English (C1) (Mandatory). Location: Remote. DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Cybersecurity PAM Delinea Technical Consultant/Engineer with proven experience in cybersecurity and IAM/PAM environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Delinea solutions such as Secret Server and Privilege Manager, and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end PAM implementations in international and multicultural environments. The role requires a highly analytical professional with strong technical and communication skills, capable of integrating PAM solutions into enterprise ecosystems and ensuring compliance with security standards. Tasks: · Lead and support end-to-end PAM implementations using Delinea solutions. · Integrate Delinea platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud environments, SIEM tools, and ticketing systems. · Manage privileged account onboarding and lifecycle. · Implement password rotation, session monitoring, and auditing capabilities. · Configure Just-in-Time (JIT) access and least-privilege policies. · Perform upgrades, migrations, and system optimizations. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to PAM environments. · Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and clients. · Produce clear and structured technical documentation. · Participate in audits and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. Specific Expertise: · Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM projects. · Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager. · Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, and Linux environments. · Experience integrating PAM with SIEM tools and ticketing platforms. · Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication skills in international environments. · Experience working in consulting roles. · Ability to work with multicultural teams. Nice to Have: · Delinea certifications. · Experience with other PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust). · Knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures. · Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, NIS2, DORA, GDPR. · Certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
