About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Portfolio Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Support leadership and product teams in portfolio management activities Portfolio Management: Manage the work intake process, portfolio data in ADO, and portfolio workflows. Conduct intake analysis for new efforts and initiatives. Coordinate prioritization conversations with Cybersecurity leaders and stakeholders. Assist in the analysis, discovery, and reporting on portfolio epics and KPIs. Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio alignment with strategic focus areas and Cybersecurity priorities and commitments. Uses ADO as the tool to monitor work management and dependencies with other digital platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze portfolio metrics and provide visibility through dashboards and ad hoc reporting as needed. Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, cost efficiencies, understand and make visible portfolio risk. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager, ITFP Portfolio Manager, and the Portfolio Management Guild to identify, develop, and implement portfolio improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Continuous Improvement: Monitor progress, conduct retrospectives, and analyze information to determine learning areas and portfolio strengths. Support maturity of the portfolio by attending agile chapter practice meetings, adopting agile practices and reinforcing data quality. Strategic Alignment: Align work intake process and content with customer requirements and Cybersecurity strategy. Ensure the portfolio is funded by engaging with Cybersecurity financial planning team. As the business environment changes, ensure continued alignment with strategic focus areas and priorities. Other Cybersecurity support and personal development Assist with special projects as needed Collaborate with others to finalize action items Facilitate meetings and/or participate in the planning process Attend development opportunities to advance fluency in Cybersecurity and Portfolio Management Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
