REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in electrotechnics or equivalent experience, which allows to combine technical skills with management notions;
  • Relevant experience in programme management or complex project management, preferably in the area of cybersecurity;
  • Experience in preparing management reports on risks and activities (steering committee);
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
  • Knowledge of managing and operating project management tools (e.g. JIRA);
  • Knowledge of information security, cybersecurity norms and standards (ISO, NIST, etc.);
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Ability to manage conflicts and coordinate multidisciplinary working groups;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to identify and manage cybersecurity risks;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Proactivity and initiative;
  • Resilience, adaptability to change and management of ambiguous situations;
  • Critical thinking and results-orientated;
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
  • Leadership and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong relational skills and ability to establish positive networking;
  • Mastery of MS Office tools (particularly MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).

VALUED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of security technologies;
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance;
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications sector;
  • Knowledge of European security-related or sectoral regulations (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SIRSCE).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the main security control implementation projects (led by Cybersecurity or by other areas in the organization), keeping track of their status, particularly with regard to the project plan status, risks and issues to be unblocked;
  • Reporting project status to stakeholders;
  • Addressing/monitoring risk mitigation activities identified within the scope of cybersecurity activities in other areas of the organization.
  • Identify and address the cybersecurity risks inherent in ongoing projects, namely in order to ensure that cybersecurity controls are implemented;
  • Ensuring the management of the Cybersecurity Steering Committee and other internal communication channels, particularly in terms of

proposing the agenda, defining the communication strategy and coordinating with the different stakeholders in the preparation of the documents supporting the sessions;

  • Coordinating the other cybersecurity teams to support the area’s budget management, namely preparing the annual budget proposal and subsequently monitoring the implementation, anticipating needs according to the plan;
  • Providing support in preparing the presentations of the cybersecurity area’s annual activity plans;
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in cybersecurity processes and procedures.
