POSITION OVERVIEW

LMG Security is seeking a task-oriented Cybersecurity Project Manager. LMG Security is a cybersecurity consulting company, offering clients technical testing, advisory services, training, and vCISO relationships. The Project Management Team coordinates a large volume of client engagements, some lasting just a few days and some are ongoing. This role is key to ensuring successful outcomes and building long term relationships with our clients. You will not get bored in our fast-paced work environment! QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of project management or project coordinator experience
  • Experience with project management software a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primary functions require sufficient physical ability to work in an office or home office setting and operate office equipment

  • This position can be in office (no relocation offered) or remote
  • Appropriate and professional home workspace (if remote)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of each project
  • Communicate with clients and internal staff in a prompt and timely manner
  • Track the status of each assigned project
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Schedule staff and update internal calendars
  • Setup, maintain, and close out projects in LMG’s project management software, Teamwork
  • Report and escalate issues to management, as needed
  • Communicate client needs to the project team, and vice versa
  • Assist with managing cloud-based project management system
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Document project processes and procedures
  • Coordinate quality assurance reviews
  • Finalize and deliver reports and supplemental materials
  • Create and send kickoff & wrap-up meeting agendas
  • Schedule and run kickoff and wrap-up calls
  • Track performance and produce status reports with metrics
