Make your mark as a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to analyze, classify, and respond to cybersecurity risks within Boskalis. The successful candidate will perform cybersecurity risk assessments of our business processes, services, technologies, and vessels in collaboration with business counterparts, and manage the inventory of Boskalis cybersecurity risks.

YOUR QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

You can move ahead as a CyberSecurity Risk Analyst if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CRISC, or comparable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and align risk management practices with Boskalis’ organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a principal aide to the CISO, coordinating and executing cybersecurity risk management activities to support cybersecurity priorities.
  • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify and classify cybersecurity risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure cybersecurity requirements are included in Information Technology and Operational Technology projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Business Resilience plans; conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Fleet, SHEQ, and Procurement, to integrate cybersecurity risk management into all aspects of our operations.
  • Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
