You can read more about our services within Cyber team at Deloitte here Job Description Your role You will play a key role in helping clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving landscape of cyber threats, risks, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on cybersecurity strategies, implementing robust security controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and assisting clients in strengthening their overall cybersecurity posture. You won’t be working alone as you will collaborate with both our global and local teams of cyber professionals, bringing a balanced mix of technical, legal, and business expertise to support you. As an experienced Cyber professional, you will contribute to client engagements, build trusted relationships with clients, collaborate with teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions, help enhance our service offerings, and create innovative approaches to meet growing demand in an international environment. To succeed in this role, you will need curiosity, an open mind, and a client-focused mindset. While you don’t need to meet every criterion, having most of the following attributes will greatly support your success: Passion for Cybersecurity: You have genuine enthusiasm for the field and a strong commitment to protecting organizations Relevant Experience: You bring several years of hands-on experience in one or more cyber domains such as Third-Party Risk Management, Cyber Strategy and Risk Management, Cyber Governance (GRC/ISMS), or Cybersecurity Exercises and Awareness Strong Cyber Risk Knowledge: You understand cyber risks, with expertise in regulatory compliance and third-party risk management Technical Expertise: You have experience defining and implementing security controls across multiple layers of IT and security architecture, supported by solid risk management principles Familiarity with Frameworks and Standards: You are knowledgeable about security frameworks and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, DORA, CRA, and KATAKRI. Experience with ISO certifications, ISMS, or GRC technologies is a plus Analytical and Communication Skills: You excel at analyzing complex issues and communicating your findings clearly and concisely, adapting your message for diverse audiences across cultures, technical backgrounds, and seniority levels Consultative Approach: You enjoy solving complex client problems and preferably have experience in consultative cyber role. Experience from the client side is advantageous but not required Certifications: You hold relevant cybersecurity certifications or have the ambition to obtain them (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor) Language Skills: You have excellent command of English. Finnish language skills are an advantage due to some client projects requiring Finnish proficiency Location and Work Eligibility: You are currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit.
