Responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines and aiding in building the Identity & Access Management data ecosystem. Designing, prototyping, and development of datasets, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively provide information to cyber business teams. Ensures data sourcing is consistent with business needs/requests and applies knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver information for an optimal user experience.
Defines and implements architectural roadmap for the data warehouse based on future business and technical requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network operating systems, identity management, database activity monitoring, encryption, content filtering, and Mainframe security
• Previous experience in leading complex IT projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of data management experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Applied understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts
• Data analytics, statistical analytics, data transformation, data reconciliation, and sophisticated data visualization/presentation
• Advanced knowledge of MSSQL, Microsoft Visal Studio and Tableau/Power BI
• Advanced understanding of metrics lifecycle management
• Intermediate level understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk concepts, methodologies, functional areas, and common tools
• Experience performing MSSQL database administration in complex environments including backups and monitoring
• Experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
• Experience supporting IAM data analytics initiatives on technical level (e.g., IAM data ETL, analytics/metrics end-to-end design & implementation)
• Intermediate knowledge of Python
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Certification in Information Security Management (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)), or related security certification(s)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Builds, manages, and implements the data and/or Big Data pipeline capabilities including data modeling, process design and overall data pipeline architecture, Dashboard/Report Development and all phases of the ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes.
• Drives efforts related to partially to completely automate repeatable data preparation, integration tasks. Partner with technology teams to understand data capture, testing needs, and to build and test end-to-end solutions.
• Analyzes information to determine business needs from requests and implement effective technical solutions by providing problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner and explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
• Identify data quality issues and support data governance initiatives by participating in necessary activities including data profiling.
• Develop and maintain the technical IT/cyber capabilities including all phases of the software development lifecycle and software stack which includes threat modeling of application designs, static application security testing (SAST), software composition analysis (SCA), dynamic application security testing (DAST), and penetration testing.
• Lead the implementation of new information security technologies or integration of existing technologies including initial configuration, installation, change management, and operational handoff
