About the Role: We are seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to lead the Cyber Resilience Support task order (TO). This role is responsible for the overall management and successful execution of the TO, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are delivered in a timely and compliant manner. The TOPM will oversee planning, execution, and performance.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all task order activities, providing leadership and oversight for cybersecurity support services.
  • Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
  • Manage task order schedules, resources, and technical execution to align with program objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, policies, and applicable security requirements.
  • Support reporting, briefings, and performance reviews for Government stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project staff, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of relevant project management experience in IT or consulting fields.
  • 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in public and/or private sector roles.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:

  • DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Experience managing complex DoD cybersecurity or IT infrastructure programs.
  • Strong understanding of cyber resilience, contingency planning, and system integration in secure environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Top Secret Clearance
Eligibility for Tier 5 (T5) / IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance.
US Citizenship Requirements:
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
