KEY SKILLS:

Requires strong communication skills, project management and (10+ years) significant amount of experience developing and leading large cybersecurity training programs for government agencies, Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices
Familiarity with NIST frameworks (e.g., RMF, NICE, AI RMF), DHS 4300 policies, and federal cybersecurity mandates. Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
