Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer Location: Riyadh, KSA Duration: 18-month Project Employment Type: Project-Based (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a Cybersecurity professional to be deployed on-site for one of our clients in Riyadh. The candidate will operate on behalf of our training partner and support the delivery of cybersecurity training programs. This role is ideal for someone with solid cybersecurity knowledge and strong coordination and delivery-support skills, while deep technical instruction will be handled by subject-matter experts Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Support Deliver cybersecurity courses based on pre-developed curricula and pre-set schedules. Support in practical lab assessments, student evaluations, and reporting. Assist in proctoring exams and ensuring assessment integrity. Support facilitators in setting up training classrooms and materials. LXP & Content Support Ensure that all training content is correctly uploaded and quality-checked on the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Coordinate with internal teams to maintain content readiness. Client & Operational Support Support all scheduled training activities and any other tasks required to ensure smooth program delivery. Assist in general administrative and operational duties related to on-site training. Requirements Background in Cybersecurity (academic or professional). 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work on-site full-time. Ability to support training delivery (low technical depth; high operational readiness).

Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Trainer will support the delivery of cybersecurity training programs and assist in practical lab assessments and student evaluations. They will also help in setting up training classrooms and ensuring the quality of training content.
