Description
Description Follow all Company standards, policies, & procedures. Participate in assigned meetings. Generate daily inventory cycle count sheets based on ABC analysis for raw materials & finished goods. Reports inventory discrepancies & shortages to Management daily. Find, research, & resolve root causes of inventory inaccuracies. Collaborate with all departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Work with Inventory Control Specialist on aging inventory. Assists with Spoilage Spillage Report (SSR) adjustments. Assists with records of all inventory transfers & disposals. Assists third party warehouse inventories. Performs various duties to assist in month end closing process & procedures. Performs periodic Physical Inventory counts semi-annually. Process cycle count requests daily. Assist with any request on shelf-life extensions for certain products and location. Help perform system maintenance to keep accurate records. Issue daily COA/CDR (Code date remaining) report for next day receiving. Issue inventory related forms when needed – CDR, stock conversion. Non-inventoried items cycle count & re-ordering. Tank Farm cycle count & re-order. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2-3 years’ warehouse experience. 2-year experience operating a Forklift. Proficiency with PC operating system, office support software, including MS Excel Outlook and RF Scanner. Experience with ERP Platforms. Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, & able to work well with others. Excellent administrative judgment with the ability to multi-task & coordinate tasks that support the staff. Strong team-oriented personality that works well in a fast pace, ever changing environment. Strong analytic & communication skills, both verbal & written.
Responsibilities
