Job Summary The Warehouse Cycle Counter is responsible for performing regular inventory counts and ensuring accurate inventory records within the warehouse. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and supports overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory according to schedule. Verify inventory quantities and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Document and report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items. Assist with inventory audits and support warehouse management in inventory control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed. Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to resolve inventory issues. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols. #ZR Requirements Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably with inventory or cycle counting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed. Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management systems and barcode scanning. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Forklift certification is a plus. #ZR
