3:30pm-2am   1.0 SUMMARY 1.1 The Cycle Counter in Inventory Control is responsible for movement of palletized inventory to various locations throughout the distribution center with the proper materials to put away the required daily production. 1.2 The Cycle Counter in the Distribution Center is also responsible for replenishing areas with the proper product to maintain pick efficiency. 2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Receives inventory utilizing warehouse management software. 2.2 Responsible for putting away product to various locations utilizing warehouse software. 2.3 Replenishes case pick locations to bin location maximum. 2.4 Responsible for the rotation of stock, ensuring that the oldest product is in a position to be picked first. 2.5 Operation of forklift to load and unload of trucks with correct product types and damage-free product. 2.6 Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment. 2.7 Contributes to maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. 2.8 Maintains knowledge of applications within warehouse management software to include put away, item locator, cycle counting module. 2.9 Interprets and records item/lot/qty of palletized inventory to maintain accurate inventory records. 2.10 Conducts forklift inspections as required. 2.11 Ensures that lines have the proper amount of product, in a timely manner, to minimize downtime. 2.12 Reports inventory discrepancies to supervision/management personnel. 2.13 Other duties may be assigned. 3.0 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 None 4.0 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 4.1 Previous warehouse experience and proper forklift training and certification through McCall Farms-must pass written and driving tests. 5.0 LANGUAGE SKILLS 5.1 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. 5.2 Ability to communicate with others orally. 6.0 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS 6.1 Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. 6.2 Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement and volume.7.0 REASONING ABILITY 7.1 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
