MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Workshop - Bike building, repairs and pre delivery inspection
Sales - Meet Sales Targets and Margins
Customers - Deliver Excellent Customer Service Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - BIKE BUILDING, REPAIRS AND PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION
Assessing and providing estimates for customers for bike repairs
Assessing and providing estimate for full service and parts (age and condition of bike)
Assist with managing the workflow and agree and manage customer due and delivery dates
Assist with the ordering of parts /repairs for the customer
Maintain stock levels in the workshop
Assist the customer sales team on the shop floor as and when required
Maintain and manage store PDI standards and build quality bikes
Ensure that all bikes are prepared for delivery and customer collection at least 24 hours in advance of collection
Key Responsibilities - Meet sales targets and margins
Sales Targets Meet sales targets in line with labour and parts
Maintain and improve margins to budget
Promoting Customer Finance agreements and Cycle to Work agreements
Ensure store promotions are followed
