To support our team we are now looking for a new colleague to join us as Cylinder Coordinator.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure correct registration of cylinder transactions in the system, monitor and solve cylinder deviations.
  • Close relationship to customer pertaining all cylinder commercial issues and challenges in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.
  • Monitor, report, and follow-up on customers’ complaints/non-compliance to the cylinder business models agreed and to secure correct administration of the cylinder assets in customers’ possession.
  • Carrying out analyses of cylinders onboard customers’ vessels and address irregularities
  • Optimize cylinders turnaround onboard customers’ vessels in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.

Your profile

  • Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking- we communicate in English on a daily basis
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Excellent skills in interaction, communication, organization and execution
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changes
  • Good analytical skills, attention to details and follow through
  • Bachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant work experience
