Subzero Machine Shop is looking for a skilled and experienced Cylinder Head Specialist to join our professional automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in repairing, resurfacing, and rebuilding cylinder heads for a wide range of petrol and diesel engines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in Cylinder Head repair/rebuilding
• Strong technical knowledge of both petrol and diesel cylinder heads
• Ability to operate milling machines, valve grinders, and pressure testers
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Diagnose and repair cylinder head faults, including cracks, warping, and valve issues
• Perform cylinder head resurfacing, pressure testing, and valve seat cutting/grinding
• Assemble and disassemble cylinder heads with precision and accuracy
• Operate relevant machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines
