Description Join our fast-paced laboratory team! Reliance Pathology Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Cytoprep Laboratory Assistant to support our cytology department. This position is responsible for receiving and preparing specimens, performing stains, and assisting with slide preparation for cytotechnologist review. Key Responsibilities: Receive and accession cytology specimens. Perform gross description and assign case numbers. Prepare, stain, and cover-slip slides. Assist with cell block preparation from fluids and FNAs. Maintain equipment logs, clean work areas, and follow safety protocols. Collaborate with the cytotechnologist to ensure stain quality.
