Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure all requests are processed on the system
  • Understand business needs and Buying Operations relevant processes in depth
  • Ensure that all transactions related to Buying Admin are delivered
  • Have the knowledge and confidence to use the process-related functions of systems
  • Need to ensure all records are accurately maintained
  • Deliver the work based on standard operating procedures defined for each of these processes
  • Be accountable for all the activities and processes throughout the area that are required and detailed in process description documents
  • Have regular follow-up activities on ongoing queries and open cases
  • Being able to handle day-to-day administration and tackle ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure that all the administration of team mailboxes and reporting systems are done daily by the agreed time
  • Able to deliver agreed timelines, demonstrate speed and accuracy
  • Successfully collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

YOU WILL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Ability to work accurately and consistently
  • Strong attention to details
  • Experience in balancing priorities in a changing environment to meet deadlines
  • Minimum High school education
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Solid experience using MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Ability to converse in Czech or Slovak (at least upper-intermediate level)
  • Willingness to relocate to Budapest
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
