Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences. Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge. Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize processes and increase customer satisfaction. Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
