As a key member of our client services team, you will leverage your language skills to assist Czech-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering exceptional customer support to our Czech-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions in our system for effective follow-up. Partnering with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of client challenges. Keeping up to date with our products and services to provide informed support. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Fluent in Czech (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions. Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in service. Willingness to take advantage of paid relocation to Greece for this role.
