Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with established community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Moderate and assess user-generated content in Czech to ensure adherence to community standards. Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies. Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights regarding content trends and user interactions to help refine moderation strategies. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance moderation processes and best practices. Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
