Key Responsibilities As a Content Moderator, you will be the digital guardian of the Czech-speaking community. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and safety of the platform. Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content (videos, text, and images) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local policies. Policy Application: Make objective, high-quality decisions on whether content should remain on the platform or be removed based on complex global standards. Trend Analysis: Identify and report emerging trends, patterns, or sensitive topics within the Czech digital landscape. Security & Safety: Proactively identify potential risks, including misinformation, harmful behavior, or copyright violations, to protect the user base. Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Policy teams to refine moderation strategies and improve platform health.
