Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! As a Content Moderator, you will be crucial in reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, thereby enhancing the online experience for our Czech-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights into content trends and user engagement to help improve moderation strategies. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation processes. Stay informed about company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction. Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and empathy. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-starter with the capability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
