As a work-from-home advisor, you are the voice of the brand. You will help customers set up their new high-end devices, fix software problems, and manage their account security. The Mission: Turning Problems into Great Experiences Your goal is to listen to frustrated callers and use your skills to turn them into happy, loyal fans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Support: Give excellent help through phone calls, chat, and e-mails to customers who speak Czech. Fixing Tech Issues: Guide users step-by-step to fix problems with hardware, software, cloud storage, media subscriptions, and device syncing. Building Relationships: Listen carefully to understand what the customer needs. Always stay patient, kind, and professional. Owning the Problem: Take care of your own customer cases, make sure to follow up on promises, and pass complex issues to the right team when needed. Keeping Records: Type details of every chat into our computer system (CRM) so we always have a clear history of the customer's help requests. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Language Skills: You must speak Czech at a native or C2 level, and have a good level of English (B2/C1 level) for training and company messages. Love for Tech: You do not need to be a computer scientist, but you should feel comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and different computer systems. Home Office Setup: You have a quiet, private place to work and a fast, reliable internet connection. People Skills: You are naturally friendly, enjoy talking to people, and always keep a positive attitude. No Experience Needed: Having worked in customer service or tech support before is a plus, but it is not required. We give you full, paid training to teach you everything. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Residency: You must already live in Portugal and have a valid tax number (NIF) and a legal work permit.
