This opportunity includes a paid relocation package and is ideal for individuals fluent in Czech seeking a rewarding career in customer service within the travel industry. As a Customer Agent, you will provide excellent assistance to Czech-speaking customers, helping them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on Booking.com's services, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to work and live in Greece. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools. Reliable, motivated, and customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation support provided.
