Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies. Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and service knowledge. Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience. Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement.
