Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science and biotechnology, and who excel at providing outstanding customer service. As a member of our team, you will assist clients with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, ensuring they receive the support they need in Czech. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide support to customers regarding product information, usage, and troubleshooting. Assist with order processing and follow up on delivery status. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and responsiveness. Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the biotechnology or life sciences field is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convey technical information effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
