Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to assist students and educators in maximizing their learning experiences. In this position, you will provide valuable support and guidance while communicating in Czech. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to educational programs, online courses, and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide information on course content, enrollment procedures, and platform navigation. Assist users with account management, including registration, troubleshooting, and payment inquiries. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with educational content teams to provide comprehensive support and resources to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly within the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a deep commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to solve problems effectively and address customer needs promptly. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and e-learning platforms is desirable.
