Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. If you are passionate about food and dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences, this role is ideal for you. You will assist customers by addressing their inquiries related to products, services, and orders while communicating effectively in Czech. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide detailed information about product availability, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with the logistics and operational teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to better serve customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a constructive manner. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
