This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service in a vital sector. You will be responsible for assisting patients and healthcare providers with inquiries, ensuring they receive the support andInformation they need in Czech. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, and insurance via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide detailed information on services, procedures, and healthcare plans to patients and clients. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, and addressing rescheduling requests. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, following privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to resolve inquiries efficiently. Stay informed about healthcare trends, services, and regulations to better assist customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and CRM systems is desired.
