Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services, all while providing exceptional service in Czech. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel packages, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Czech. Provide detailed information on available services, special offers, and travel guidelines. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and handling special requests. Resolve customer complaints in a quick and effective manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company promotions to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the hospitality or tourism industry, is preferred. Excellent communication skills, combined with a friendly and personable approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
