Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience in Czech. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services through phone, email, and live chat in Czech. Provide accurate information regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and service policies. Assist customers with order management, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and respond effectively to customer needs. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant guidance to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain field. Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset. Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics systems and CRM software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
