Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a new opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in manufacturing processes. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries while ensuring a positive experience communicated effectively in Czech. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and manufacturing services via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing. Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and inquiries about delivery timelines. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about manufacturing trends and product updates to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills with a positive and proactive approach to customer interactions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
