This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for media services and customer engagement. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to clients, assisting them with their inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience in the dynamic world of media and entertainment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding media services, subscriptions, and entertainment offerings through phone, email, and chat in Czech. Assist customers with account management, including subscription changes, billing issues, and troubleshooting service problems. Provide clear and detailed information about new releases, promotions, and service features. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs. Stay informed about industry trends and company products to deliver the most relevant information to customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude. Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with digital media services.
