This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to providing exemplary customer support. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information in Czech. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide accurate information about medications, dosages, potential side effects, and usage instructions. Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order tracking, billing issues, and service inquiries. Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain thorough records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs. Stay informed about industry regulations, new products, and service offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare-related software is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
