This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions while providing exceptional service in Czech. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist clients in finding the right properties and addressing their inquiries. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to property listings, viewings, and real estate services via phone, email, and chat in Czech. Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding available properties and market trends. Assist customers with scheduling property viewings and negotiating terms. Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with real estate agents and teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Stay informed about the local real estate market and company offerings to enhance client interactions. Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
